Pharmaceutical vertical is generally considered a high-risk vertical when it comes to payment processing.
Accordingly, if you have chosen a pharmaceutical vertical as your industry upon registration with Xiippy, the merchant account setup process will involve the submission of your profile details to our partner payment services providers which may contact you to finalize the process. This could normally take some time to be finalized and may involve the submission of multiple identity documents regarding the identity of the directors/owners of the business, addresses, company registration details as well as bank account details.
Once you kick off the process, you will be able to view a “Request Reference ID” on the page that can demonstrate the correct kick-off of the setup process.
Once the account is created and finalised, other than a Request Reference ID, a Merchant Account ID will also be listed on the page, demonstrating the finalisation of the merchant account setup.
